A reliable mid-tier stay in Labuan

Hotel AIFA sits in central Labuan, close enough to the ferry terminal, the marina, and the offshore financial centre that you can reach all three on foot or with a quick drive.

We are a 3-star property without the corporate-chain polish. What you get instead: clean rooms, a kitchen that does breakfast properly, a meeting wing that actually fits your delegation, and a front desk that knows the island.

Most of our return guests are regional business visitors and Labuan residents booking family rooms for visiting relatives. Both have told us, repeatedly, that they appreciate the lack of pretence.
